Justine Burke, LCSW

Psychotherapist

Justine works with individuals navigating challenging life transitions, such as divorce or the shift from college to adulthood. Her ideal clients are those who often feel overwhelmed, uncertain, and desire clarity in their lives. Justine works with clients who are seeking to process past trauma while building resilience and self-confidence. Justine’s clients want to develop effective coping strategies and gain a deeper understanding of themselves to create a fulfilling future. Ultimately, they aspire to heal, grow, and embrace their strengths, aiming for a sense of stability and empowerment as they move forward.

Trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Justine utilizes its techniques to help clients effectively process and resolve traumatic memories and experiences. This innovative therapy method facilitates rapid healing, making it especially effective for individuals navigating difficult life events. Accelerated Resolution Therapy is particularly beneficial for those affected by disturbing or traumatic past events who prefer not to verbally process their experiences. Justine has extensive experience working with First Responders and others seeking a treatment approach that differs from traditional talk therapy. With over 15 years of experience, Justine is dedicated to guiding clients through significant changes, helping them achieve lasting transformation.

Prior to working as an individual psychotherapist, Justine worked in various settings: clinical care in the public school system, child protection casework, and supervising clients on probation. Justine is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and earned her Masters of Social Work from University of Denver.
