How often will my appointments be?
Appointment frequency will be determined by you and your provider. Providers have the flexibility to tailor the level of care you need based on your needs and treatment modalities.
How is executive function coaching different from therapy?
Executive function coaching focuses on helping individuals develop and integrate skills like time management, organization, and goal setting. It's forward-focused and strategy-based. Therapy, on the other hand, addresses emotional and psychological concerns, often exploring deeper patterns and mental health challenges. While both can be supportive, coaching is not a substitute for therapy.
